According to Cambodian media, Mr. Kungkea Khorn, CEO of ERA CAMBODIA, recently said that after the national election , new communities and condo projects will open the construction during August until the end of this year.

"Foreign developers have been preparing to build their condos at a time when the political situation in Cambodia is stable." he siad

He continued that, after the establishment of the new government, alot of local and foreign developers will invest in development projects, and Cambodia's real estate sector will gradually recover.

Meanwhile, Mr. Sun Mesa, Sales Manager of Century21 Mekong, said that in the near future, as the market situation gradually improves, a new Borey project will officially start its construction.
