18日，柬埔寨首相洪森签发政令，即日起禁止颁发各种形式的网络赌博执照，全面整顿网络博彩业！

根据洪森总理签发的政令显示，柬埔寨政府主要发出3个指令：

一、各级部门及执法官员必须全面调查和打击没有执照的各种形式的非法网络赌博活动！

二、已经获得执照的网络赌博公司，可以继续经营到期满为止，但必须全面遵守相关法律法规，期满后不可续办网赌执照；

三、即日起，政府全面禁止颁发各种形式的网络赌博执照，并立即实施。

之所以签发这个政令，是因为柬埔寨政府发现，一些国内外的网络赌博公司有合法执照，但很多没有执照的非法网络赌博活动暗藏在全国各个地点，不仅如此，一些犯法分子也利用网络赌博作为掩护，暗藏网络诈骗行为，破坏国家的治安、公共秩序和社会安宁！（柬埔寨柬单网）
