The latest land prices in Pou Senchey and Dangkao districts are as high as $3,400/㎡ and $2,600/㎡ respectively

On September 11, 2023, the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) released the latest land prices for the first half of 2023 in two suburb districts of Phnom Penh Capital, which are popular districts for housing projects like Borey communities, Pou Senchey, and Dangkao districts.

According to CVEA data, in the first half of 2023, land prices in each district decreased slightly, while land prices in Pou Senchey and Dangkao districts as a whole did not differ much from other districts that have an average price of $944 and $342 per square meter, respectively. In 2022, we see that the average land price in Pou Senchey district has reached $1,000 per square meter, while in Dangkao district, it is $367 per square meter.

Looking at Pou Senchey district, the price of land along the main roads in Sangkat Kakap I and II is the highest at $3,400 per square meter, and the lowest is at $80 per square meter in Sangkat Trapeang Krasang. In Dangkor district, the highest price of land along the main roads in Sangkat Dangkao is $2,600 per square meter, and the lowest price is in Sangkat Koy Noy, which is $25 per square meter.

Please be informed that in 2022, the highest land price in Pou Senchey district was up to $3,600 per square meter and Dangkao district reached $2,780 per square meter.
