Cambodia’s first Smart Home Residential Project Begins its Construction Today

On 18th July 2020 in the morning, H.E. Yim Chhayly, the Deputy Prime Minister, developers and representatives of the real estate industries gathered for the ceremonial groundbreaking for the multimillion-dollar residential project Le Condé BKK1.

Developed by Wangfu Guoji Property Development Co., Ltd (WANGFU), Le Condé BKK1, with 43 floors and over 140 meters height will become the new landmark of the crown jewelry district BKK1 in the capital city.
