“Due to its proximity to Phnom Penh, many Borey developers move to this area because of the land in this area. Although the price has gone up, it is still at a reasonable price,” he said. “In the near future, this area may be cut into the administrative area of   Phnom Penh, which is the vision of the government to expand development,” he continued.

Leang Kong continued that at the same time, the Phnom Penh Capital Administration also organized Phnom Prasidh and Phnom Reap as green tourism areas to provide income to the local people as well as to promote more rich tourist areas in the suburbs.

Meanwhile, Oknha Dr. Kim Heang, President of KW Cambodia, once said that land investment should be done in the area around Phnom Penh, a distance of between 20 to 30 kilometers. Because it is an area that is vulnerable to the influence of the center of the capital, especially with good infrastructure, a large population and easy access to the city.
