Baima City is becoming an attractive investment destination.

Kep is a coastal natural tourist attraction located in southwestern Cambodia, about 164 kilometers from Phnom Penh. The surrounding geographical form is divided into steep mountains and coastal areas, including Rabbit Island, Baodao, Sumei Island, Sarang Island, Chili Island and 13 other islands.

Because the land price is lower than that of Sihanouk City, which is also a coastal area, Cape Province has more potential and attracts more investment in the future, so the ecotourism department believes that Kep has undeniable potential.

With the vigorous development of Sihanouk and Gombe and the rise of land prices, investors need to find similar potential investment opportunities in new places, and Kep will be the most conducive to the development of real estate investors in the future.

Land prices in Kep coastal areas range from $150 to $400, while prices in other parts of the province are below $100. Most investors buy land for real estate investments, such as new hotels and resorts, to accommodate more tourists.

Kep Province is currently a very attractuve investment project because land prices in Sihanouk City have risen sharply, driven by Chinese investors, and other foreign investors.

This will prompt other investors to withdraw from Sihanouk and consider investing in other coastal areas with similar potential, such as Kep and Kampot, where competition is low and land prices are low.

Infrastructure development in the provinces, such as road expansion, environmental protection and port projects in neighboring provinces such as Gombo, will soon bring more tourists to these two provinces.

In September 2018, Say Samal, Minister of Environment, discussed plans to invest in leisure and health tourism in Baima National Park. This leisure and health tourism investment project aims to protect various natural tourist attractions and investment services, and turn the region into a more attractive tourist destination. Employment opportunities for Kep citizens are also growing sustainably.

At the same time, coastal provinces are formulating a sustainable development strategic plan for green cities to effectively implement and achieve gree city development and enviornmental protection , consistent with Kep's status as a potential natural resource and environment.

According to local real estate brokers, Kep's tourism growth will drive more housing project in the province ,such as hotels ,resorts and hotels, as well as high-value real estate projects.
