Yongwang Shopping Center in Japan announced that its third supermarket in Cambodia will be located in ING City, Phnom Penh's largest 18-hectare development project. It will be put into operation in 2023.
The new supermarket will be the largest branch of Cambodia's AEON shopping mall, while Yongwang Shopping Mall III, which covers about 7 hectares, is located near the Russian Embassy and Sofitel. The 10-hectare Yongwang Mall II is located in the northern part of Phnom Penh.
According to real estate news in the first half of 2018, land prices will rise further. At present, the average price of Sangkat Chak Angre Lear is $1,650 per square meter for commercial or residential land and $1,250 per square meter for commercial land in Chak Angre Krom commune. Sangkat Cherng Ek's commercial land value is $600 per square metre.
