Cheap land in two districts of Phnom Penh

Against the backdrop of urbanization and rapid economic development, the rapid development of the Phnom Penh real estate market has led to land prices rising.

Chamkarmon district is the largest administrative area in the core urban area. It has a lot of land resources and a large price range. At present, there are still many affordable plot for sale. Toul Kork district is a relatively new among the four core districts, someone also name the district as the newly-developed wealthy area. The amount of available land that can be developed in Toul Kork is exceed other districts , and price the cheapest among the four core urban areas. Both large and small plots, no matter residence project use purpose land or value-added investment can find suitable land resources.
