Cambodia Compass report, 29th May - Amazon plans to install "wellness chambers" in its warehouses, where stressed employees can sit and watch relaxation movies.
Amazon said the "AmaZen" chamber will help employees focus on their mental wellness in a video posted to its Twitter account.
However, after a barrage of mockery from other social media users, it was removed.
The US retail behemoth has been chastised numerous times for its poor labor conditions.
On May 17, the firm unveiled WorkingWell, a program aimed at providing employees with "physical and mental activities, wellness exercises, and healthy eating support."
"During shifts, employees can visit AmaZen stations and view short videos providing easy-to-follow well-being exercises, such as guided meditations, positive affirmations, and peaceful scenes with noises," it added of the AmaZen booths.
The pod appears to have just enough room for a chair, a small computer table against one wall, and a few small potted plants on shelves in the now-deleted Twitter video. A blue sky with clouds was painted on the top panel.
Some users quickly re-uploaded the video to other accounts, criticizing Google for what has been dubbed a "crying booth" or "dystopian" work practice.
